Squalane

Squalane – is an oily substance, which is a natural component of human sebum. Its special feature is its rapid absorption. Squalane is an antioxidant, prevents damage caused by UV radiation and age spots and has antibacterial properties. It is called plant hyaluronic acid because of its stimulating effect on the growth of skin cells (including the acid responsible for the synthesis of collagen in elastin). It gives the skin a soft and smooth look. Squalane is also a component of hair products, it acts as a conditioner.
