INFORMATION CLAUSE

Based on Article. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance) hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” inform you that:

  1. The administrator of personal data is SYLVECO Piela Radosław with headquarters located at: 36-004 Łąka, Łąka 260F, Poland, phone +48 17 771 38 30, e-mail: biuro@sylveco.pl – hereinafter referred to as “Administrator” or “SYLVECO “.
  2. The administrator has designated a Data Protection Inspector who you can contact via e-mail on: rodo@sylveco.pl or in writing to the address provided in paragraph 1, or in person at the Administrator’s office.
  3. Your personal data will be processed in order to establish and maintain contact with you, provide advice and consultation, provide commercial information, other promotional, advertising and marketing materials and offer SYLVECO products and services.
  4. The processing of your personal data will take place on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. a) GDPR – consent of the data subject.
  5. Your personal data may be transferred to other entities, e.g. providing IT, accounting, courier or other similar services to SYLVECO, to the extent necessary for the proper implementation of the purpose of data processing, referred to in paragraph 3, as well as entities authorized under the law.
  6. The administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or international organizations.
  7. Your personal data will be processed for a period justified by the purpose indicated in paragraph 3, however not longer than until the consent to their processing is withdrawn.
  8. In connection with the processing of personal data by SYLVECO, you have the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data concerning you, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, objecting to processing, as well as to transfer data.
  9. With regard to personal data processed by the Administrator on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO), at the following address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  11. Providing personal information is voluntary. However, the consequence of not providing data will be that SYLVECO is unable to contact and maintain contact with you, provide advice and consultation, provide commercial information, promotional, advertising and marketing materials, and offer SYLVECO products and services.
  12. You are not subject to decisions that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, referred to in art. 22 GDPR.
