Sodium alginate- an active substance that forms a layer on the skin that protects the skin against transepidermal water loss (binds 200 – 300 times more water than its mass). It has a nutritional, regenerating, anti-cellulite and firming effect. Alginate can be used in cosmetics for all skin types – dry, oily, mixed or sensitive.
